Víctor Romero is an engineer, tech entrepreneur, media producer, and singer-songwriter with an international career developed across Europe, Latin America, and the United States.

Over more than three decades, he has built a unique career combining telecommunications, broadcasting, artificial intelligence, applied robotics, automation, and audiovisual production, positioning himself as a bridge between engineering and the creative industries.

He represents a new generation of executives capable of integrating creativity, engineering, and business vision, developing solutions at the intersection of technology, content, and global communication.

Víctor Romero began his musical training within Venezuela’s National System of Youth and Children’s Orchestras (El Sistema), one of the most prestigious and influential music education institutions in the world.

At the age of 14, he moved to Norman, Oklahoma, in the United States with his mother and siblings, where he completed his final years of high school and pursued studies at the University of Oklahoma.

He later continued his academic and artistic development in Martinique, France, where he lived from 1993 to 2001, developing a strong international perspective on culture, media, and technology and engineering.

Since 2001, he has been based in the United States, where he has continued to expand his career at the intersection of telecommunications, media, and advanced technologies.

More recently, he completed executive education in Artificial Intelligence at Harvard, strengthening his focus on emerging technologies, automation, and digital transformation.

TELECOMMUNICATIONS & MEDIA INNOVATION

In 2004, as CEO of New Line TV, he led the development of systems that converted audio and video into data for transatlantic transmission, enabling the distribution of the international channel France 24 between Paris and New York using advanced digital transmission technologies.

This project represented an early innovation in global content distribution systems.

He later founded Bonjour America, the first television channel in the United States broadcasting entirely in French, expanding access to multicultural content in the North American market.

BLEU24 COMMUNICATIONS

As founder of BLEU24 Communications, Romero led advanced projects in telecommunications, connectivity, and content distribution.

In partnership with Hotwire Communications, he participated in the development of automated systems for large-scale network management and content distribution.

The company was also involved in Smart City initiatives, including projects associated with the technological development of Miami Beach, integrating advanced connectivity, intelligent networks, and digital communication platforms.

Additionally, BLEU24 developed IoT solutions in collaboration with AT&T and obtained international certifications such as MEF-CECP.
