Victor Romero is a technology entrepreneur and engineer with over two decades of experience developing projects at the intersection of telecommunications, media, artificial intelligence, robotics, and digital infrastructure.
He has led pioneering initiatives in digital signal transmission and international content distribution, including early transatlantic audio and video transport between Paris and New York. He is also the founder & CEO of Bonjour America, the first television channel in the United States broadcasting entirely in French.
As founder & CEO of BLEU24 Communications, Romero has developed advanced telecommunications and Smart City initiatives in the state of Florida, including projects in collaboration with Hotwire Communications related to the development of Miami Beach as a Smart City, integrating connectivity, automation, and intelligent network systems.
He is the owner of the federal broadcast television license WEYW-LP Channel 19 (Key West), serving the Miami Designated Market Area (DMA), and is involved in the NextGen TV ATSC 3.0 initiative, focused on the evolution of broadcast into digital and data-driven infrastructure.
Victor Romero is also the founder & CEO of NIRA AI Innovations and the creator of NIRA AI, an artificial intelligence system designed to support creators, entrepreneurs, and digital ecosystems. He is currently developing NIRA Robotics, focused on the integration of intelligent automation and real-world robotic systems.
Alongside his engineering career, he has built an international trajectory as a Venezuelan singer-songwriter, recording 18 albums and receiving multiple international recognitions, including a Gold Record. He is a member of the Recording Academy (Grammy Awards).
His recognitions include a Certificate of Appreciation from Miami-Dade County and the official proclamation of August 16 as “Victor Romero Day” in the City of Hialeah, Florida.
